Requests to exchange or return must be made within 30 days from the original date of purchase.  Products to be returned or exchanged must be received by us within 30 days from the original date of purchase.  All wigs, hats, and products must have original tags attached in same manner as when purchased. Any wig, hat, or item that has been worn, brushed, combed, or altered (original tags) in any way will not be exchanged or returned. Packaging must also be in original condition. There is a 15% service and restocking fee on all Nearly Me returns.

We regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for Jon Renau®  wigs ordered online due to a policy change made by the manufacturer.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges or returns. Original shipping is nonrefundable.
